I thought this would be a fun thing to do so let me try to explain this.

EWR or Extreme Warfare Revenge is a wrestling simulator where you play as a booker. The booker pretty much manages the wrestling promotion they work for which involves making the matches, backstage segments, stories, hiring people, etc.

The idea was to use Wii Unite members for the promotion as wrestlers, announcers and all that.

This topic is just for the trial stage. If this gets some attention and you're interested then if or when I start the actual wrestling promotion, I'll have you guys pick what your stats are, your persona, your position, etc.

For the trial I picked 7 people. They include myself, Turboweasle, Handy, RED, Keihan, Oomomo and lightspeed. I randomly generated their base stats along with some other things. I didn't go too deep since I'd need more info for the full thing.

So sometime after this post I will try to run a few shows and see what happens during or in between the shows putting on different matches between the 7 of us. I'll update the topic with what happens and probably post some match descriptions along with some screens.

To update:
Keihan and Lightspeed are well respected and liked in the locker room.
RED and I are easy to work with.
Turbo, Oomomo and Handy are criticized for being lazy in the ring.

Finishing Moves- (these were totally random, except Oom's)
Handy- Animu~ Drop
Keihan- No Scope Headshot
Lightspeed Champion- GG Nice Springy
Oomomo- Oomomo
RED- Red Faction
The Krazy One- TKO
Turboweasle- Weasle Stomp

Alignments- Gimmick
Face (Good Guys):
Turboweasle- Oldschool Face
Oomomo- Unlucky
Lightspeed- Cool

Heel (Bad Guys):
Handy- Nerd
Red- Oldschool Heel
Keihan- Egomaniac

Tweener (Neutral):
The Krazy One- Man on a Mission

Just bare with me on this idea. I'll try to get the first show booked, simmed through and possibly the week afterwards in the next post.

Mind explaining how the alignments influence the game?

The alignments are how you're portrayed by the crowd. If you're a Face (a good guy) then you're mainly going to do good things to get popular. That would include winning matches cleanly and working with other faces in tag teams. A Heel (bad guy) usually cheats to win, attacks faces from behind and work with other heels. Mainly bad things to get popular. A Tweener can pretty much do both what faces and heels do to get popular.

You can also switch alignments by turning. Faces can turn heel and heels can turn face. Tweeners can turn face or heel. It's important that faces don't do heelish things like cheating or attacking someone from behind or they'll lose popularity (Overness).

It's basically a good or evil dynamic with a tweener being the anti-hero type.

The game started on September 1st, 2013. Had to hire some staff. Switched everyone's alignments and gave them gimmicks. Also got some sponsors so we can get some more money.I then had to skip the next week to get to the following Sunday which I set the first show to take place. I had to hire some random guy to be my color commentator (play-by-play guy for commentating matches).

I had to book 4 matches. I have 7 people plus the random guy I hired. So I had to use 2 people in 2 matches for how I wanted to set it up.

The Wii Unite Event was booked like this:
1st Match- Turbo vs Krazy
2nd Match- Turbo & Oom vs Handy & Red
3rd Match- Oomomo vs Random Guy
Main Event- Lightspeed vs Keihan

Here's a screen of my interview segment for the 1st match:

Here's the match description.

The Krazy One vs Turboweasle.

Match Background: None.

The Match: Turbo hits a quick arm drag on Krazy. Krazy takes a chop from Turbo that just STINGS the opponent. Some chops from Turbo, are pretty much no sold as The Krazy One doesn't seem to be any worse for wear. Hooks the leg for a two count. Kick to the gut from Turbo, who sadly, was even able to botch THAT. There's a two count on the pin.

Turbo goes for a splash but Krazy puts the knees up. Turboweasle gets hip tossed by Krazy and follows it up with two more. Covers for a quick two count. The Krazy One scores with a poor face jam on Turboweasle. Krazy drops an elbow...but Turboweasle moves out of the way. Slingshot clothesline by Turbo, who almost messed it up by slipping on the ropes. Turboweasle moves in for the kill. Weasel Stomp! 1....2....3.

Turboweasle goes into the crowd, where he celebrates his victory

My Opinion: Scotsman has the right idea. Get drunk and then watch the show. Maybe then, I could have salvaged something of a good time watching this mess. -***, Negative 3 Stars

Winner: Turboweasle

^Stats for the match:
Overall Rating- 20%
Crowd Reaction- 11%
Match Quality- 30%

Turbo's gimmick got a positive response.

After this match we go backstage for another interview segment with 2 individuals.

Now the match.

Turboweasle and Oomomo vs Handy and RED.

Match Background: None.

The Match: Handy hits some weak-looking punches in the corner, but Oomomo is able to block them and return the favor in spades. Handy uses a neckbreaker on Oom. Covers for a quick two count. Tag between Handy and RED. Handy \ RED whip Oom into the ropes and hit a double clothesline. Covers for a quick two count. RED hits a dropkick on Oomomo. Oomomo elbows RED in the face to break a hammerlock. Flying elbow off the top rope by Oomomo, but there was NO elevation off the leap. Covers for a quick two count. Oom tags out to Turboweasle.

Suplex into a front slam from Turbo, but it was just TERRIBLE. Hooks the leg! ONE...TWO...NO! Turboweasle strikes RED. RED blocks a kick from Turboweasle. Kick to the gut from RED, who sadly, was even able to botch THAT. Tag to Handy. Handy hits a quick kick on Turbo, only for Turbo to pop back up and eat another one. Tag to Oomomo. Oomomo walks into a suplex from Handy and gets taken down hard. Oom grabs Handy for Turboweasle, who swings...but Handy ducks, and ends up nailing Oominstead! Oomomo can barely stand. Animu~ Drop! 1....2....3.

Turbo and Oom remain in the ring. They are arguing about that defeat. Turboweasle walks off without saying anything, much to the disgust of Oom.

My Opinion: I've never felt so inclined to go into the negatives before this match came along. -***. Negative 3 stars

Winner: Handy and Red

^Stats for the match:
Overall Rating- 18%
Crowd Reaction- 9%
Match Quality- 27%

Oomomo debuted his new gimmick, it got a positive response.

Right after this match, the Color Commentator, known as Anthony Barlett Jr. (the random guy) got into the ring to have a match with Oom. Here's the match.

Oomomo vs Anthony Barlett Jr..

Match Background: Barlett Jr is making his debut at this show.

The Match: Oom takes a second rope chop from Barlett Jr. I haven't seen one of those in years. Back heel kick from Barlett Jr on Oom, but it missed by miles. Covers for a quick two count. Oom kicks Anthony Barlett Jr. in the gut to reverse the momentum. Anthony Barlett Jr. gets hip tossed by Oom and follows it up with two more. Anthony Barlett Jr. gets hip tossed by Oom, allowing Oom to take a moment and play to the crowd. Covers for a quick two count. Flapjack from Oom on Barlett Jr. Pinfall attempt: ONE...TWO...NO! Chop from Oom on Barlett Jr in the corner sends Barlett Jr reeling out. Oomomo misses a clothesline.

Back heel kick from Barlett Jr on Oom. Hooks the leg for a two count. Flying knee to the face from Anthony Barlett Jr.. Cover, ONE...TWO...NO! I honestly thought that match was going to end right then and there. Oomomo walks into a chop to the pecs. Ouchy. Barlett Jr uses some pathetic kicks in the corner now. Oom ducks a wild right hand. Throat chop by Oom does nothing but remind me of the Samoan Wrestling Family Tree. Flying knee to the face from Oomomo.

The bell rings, and this match has come to a time limit draw. Oomomo offers a handshake to Barlett Jr...and he accepts it! No! Anthony Barlett Jr. levels Oom with a cheap shot right hand! Anthony Barlett Jr. spins Oom around. Anthony Barlett Jr. hits the Superkick! Oomomo has been floored after the match.

My Opinion: -***. Giving out negative stars makes me feel bad inside. Well, not really, but it should!, Negative 3 stars

This Match was a Draw!

^Stats for the match:
Overall Rating- 24%
Crowd Reaction- 16%
Match Quality- 33%

Here's both interview segments for the 2 in the main event match. Keihan is on top followed by Lightspeed.

And here is the Main Event of the evening. Sorry it looks so ugly.

I had to expand it and crop since the match description was long.

Here are the overall show results:

Man this took forever to do.

I blame Oom for us losing to Handy and Red.  Mostly because it's Handy.

He allowed Handy to duck.  What kind of wrestler can't keep a guy's back rigid?

Something I need to explain before I continue the update. I'm sure you read in the previous post about "overness" going up.

"Overness" or being "Over" is a wrestling term for being popular. When your overness goes up, you're getting more popular. When it goes down and it will, you lose popularity. Over is a seperate stat on here so I can keep track on how popular each person is. The higher the number, the more popular you are.

Now that I explained that I can continue this update. This is how the overness for each of us looks after the show, not counting the color commentator. Just to say this, I set everyone to 0 Over before the game started.

1st- Keihan = 9 Over
2nd- Lightspeed = 6 Over
3rd- The Krazy One = 5 Over
4th- Handy & Red = 3 Over
5th- Turbo & Oomomo = 2 Over

Wins, getting the upperhand and backstage interviews are ways to gain overness. Backstage interviews depend on the Charisma stat. The higher it (Charisma) is, the better rating the segment will get. An example would be comparing Kei and Oom. Kei will do better in interviews than Oom because Kei's Charisma (75) is higher than Oom's (28). Oom most likely can't get popular from interviews because it isn't his best trait aka he sucks on the microphone.

You also may have noticed the match ratings and how most were bad. It'll start that way since we're starting from the bottom.

The match ratings depend on how popular everyone in the match is coupled with stat comparisons between opponents and tag partners. Which is why Red wants Handy for an actual tag team and how Kei and light's match quality was so high. They have good chemistry with each other.

I skipped all the way to the next month and to the day of the next event, October 8th. This is what's planned for the card.

1st Match- Oom vs Handy
2nd Match- Red vs (random guy) Commentator
3rd Match- Light vs Krazy
Main Event- Kei vs Turbo

Just so you guys know, I have to pick winners, losers or a draw for each match. I can't randomize it unless I figure a way to pick from outside the game.

I'll update this again later today after booking the event.

For this post I'll mainly just summarize every segment except the Main Event match. Just to see what you'd prefer.

The 2nd event starts with the first match.
1st Match- Oom vs Handy

End Match Summary: Oomomo falls through the ropes after a hard shot from Handy. He seemed to hit his head on the apron on the way down. The referee reaches a ten count, and this one is over.

Handy wins by Countout!

Overall Rating- 16%
Crowd Reaction- 7%
Match Quality- 26%
Negative 3 Stars

After that brutal attack from Keihan to Oom, we go backstage for RED's interview for the next match.

RED is backstage. He was out there to tell Anthony Barlett Jr. that he was going to discombobulate him. Great, now I've got to look that word up. Time to sit back and watch.

^RED gained overness from this segment.
Overall Rating- 49%

2nd Match- Red vs (random guy) Commentator- Anthony Barlett Jr

We go backstage once again to talk to both participants in the next match-up.

The Krazy One is backstage. He was on Hype Central (HYPE CENTRAL!!!) tonight, this time for a match with Lightspeed Champion. Can you believe that I just marked out for Lance Wright?  How many people even remember that guy?

^The Krazy One gained overness from this segment.
Overall Rating- 49%

Lightspeed Champion is backstage. I'm actually looking forward to this and you should too! He wanted to rip into The Krazy One. Not literally, of course. That would just be nasty. Instead, this was a good way to build up to an eventual match.

^Lightspeed Champion gained overness from this segment.
Overall Rating- 59%

3rd Match- Light vs Krazy

End Match Summary:
The Krazy One reverses a hip toss. Krazy hits a quick arm drag on Lightspeed. Lightspeed Champion is able to duck a clothesline attempt and connect with a counter clothesline. We now go backstage to Keihan.

Keihan is backstage. He got on THE STICK~! and put himself over, talking about how great he is. I wonder if he's a mark for himself.

^Keihan gained overness from this segment.
Overall Rating- 46%

Instead of hyping up the match or badmouthing his opponent he talks about how great he is. Now to the Main Event of the evening!

Main Event- Kei vs Turbo

Oomomo with an  enziguri. That reminds me...R.I.P, Owen Hart. Pinfall attempt:  ONE...TWO...NO! I would have bought that as the finish! Oomomo  attacks with some poorly executed flying moves. Recap

After the show I got 2 Emails. One said that 5 people attended the  show and that we made $50. The other was RED saying he should be  higher up the card.

Popularity:
1st- Lightspeed = 15 Over
2nd- Keihan = 14 Over
3rd- Red = 11 Over
4th- The Krazy One = 9 Over
5th- Handy, Turbo & Oomomo = 3 Over

Explaination time. This time, positions on the card:
I'll just mention the ones that matter right now.

Main Event: You're the main attractions. The main people featured  on the show. The most popular people.
Upper Midcard: A step below main eventers. Not as popular as main  eventers.
Midcard: The people near the middle of the match card. Below upper  midcarders and main eventers.

I made Light and Kei Main Eventers. Red and Myself are Upper Midcard and the rest are midcard.

I'm thinking of doing one more show and then trying to get the  actual wrestling promotion started.

Any questions?
