Who wants to represent their country!
Me, LT, and Mex were talking about this. I'm curious who is interested. We were thinking about having a tournament of 4 teams: Canada, US East, US West, and Mexico.
We need to decide which states would be East and West...maybe we can wait and see who signs up (indicated your state) and then split the teams. We will try to make it East and West.
In terms of Mexico, I figure anyone that has Mexican citizenship but living in the US can play for them as well as if you have a parent or grandparent that was originally from Mexico then you qualify. Or a Mexican wife or kids (just for you Kreater

). I just think we need a rule like this to help fill the teams.
Theoretically the teams could be 16 people.
Please post if you are interested. We will get back to you with a format, etc for the tournament.
Thanks!

This is how I see the Olympics happening (4 wars total):1. Every team plays 3 wars in the round robin.
2. After the round robin, the top 2 teams will play for first and second place and the bottom 2 teams will play for third and fourth place.
3. If there is a tie in the standings then we will decide it by k/d ratio in the tournament between the two teams since we will record all game scores (take a picture please).
4. All games will be TDMs
5. We let the team leaders work out teams/maps for each game
6. Games will be 10 vs 10
7. Games are played with whomever shows even if one team is badly outnumbered
8. If you walk away because the odds are overwhelming then the score will be 100-0 for each game you leave, so if you play the first game and lose 150-120 and then you don't play the second game then the total score for the match will be 250-120
Rules:
1. No nades
2. No bazookas
3. No hacking/glitching
4. No limit on any weapons (too hard to keep track of who's using what weapon)
5. 3 - 15 minute games
6. Most kills wins each game - best 2 out of 3
7. Games are unranked
8. FF is off
9. No alts

Here is how it works:
1. One of the team leaders sets up a 10 minute warm-up game at 9pm/10pm EST
2. At the 9 minute mark, the team leader initiates the vote to start the real 15 minute game.
3. After a game finishes, one team leader from each team take a picture of the score.
4. When the next game starts automatically the team leader starts the vote for the next map and the game begins as soon as the map is loaded (we don't have a vote to restart a map except when we finish the warm-up game).
