I just purchased a PS4 + Destiny on Amazon.

I would have liked to have waited for the white PS4, but I really want to play the Destiny beta (starts July 17th), so I figured I might as well get a PS4 now.
I'll also likely be purchasing TLOU Remastered when that's out.

This game seems really generic and bland to me from everything I've seen. I don't understand the hype behind it, at all, similarly to Titanfall's hype.

Guess we'll see when it actually launches.

There's nothing wrong with him filming, but like others have mentioned, the intent isn't clear, and he is intruding on personal space, so things get creepy and you might feel that this person could be a threat.

It's like those momos who walk into public areas with guns strapped on them to exercise their "rights". I get the point trying to be made, and enjoy the reactions for my own selfish viewing, but it's really not a hard concept to grasp. Many of the people gave off completely normal reactions.

I don't like what he's doing, but at the same time, these videos are genius. I NEED MORE!!!

Mad Men has returned, girls!!

Granted, the show has definitely dragged on like 3 seasons too many, but I still enjoy it. This is going to be the last season, split up into two parts like Breaking Bad's final season.



Anyone here watch the show?

I'm thinking about picking this game up sometime this summer. I only played Demon's Souls for a few minutes when it was free on PS+, but never really got into it.

I want to try getting into this type of game, though, and I hear that DS2 takes the best aspects of the series and makes everything better. The new TLOU dlc + this game should hold me over a bit until Destiny comes out on PS4

TLOU multiplayer can be really fun, but it definitely needed some new maps/guns, etc.... Who else plays this game?

Destiny looks REALLY promising, and it comes out on September 9th. I plan on getting a PS4 when that game is finally released.

I guess this one is sort of like a deceased man who is stuck (hence the ceiling fan) between two worlds. He is no longer able to play his guitar/music, though he tries to cling on.

I thought of a title for this piece last night.


"Acoustic Phantom"

 

In the creativity board (which nobody visits, you goons), I have a topic where I mentioned I was working on vintage poster designs for a Senior Thesis class (we have a gallery show in early May). Those vintage posters were too far out of my comfort zone, and I haven't made one poster all semester that I was proud of.

I decided last minute (only about a month left until my class's gallery show) to work with a medium I was more comfortable with (photography). I'm planning a series of about 8 surreal photographs based on life/death (letting go of things, etc.) to put it simply.



This is the first one I shot today. I added an oil painting filter in Photoshop which I really like, but I may tone it down a little bit so it's more subtle.

What do you guys/gals think? Tips? I don't plan on re-shooting this image, but tips on color or removal of elements, etc...

That's true, but there are other ways to use the drug. I've been vaporizing almost exclusively for the past week, with maybe 2 short smoke sessions (waiting for vaporizer to charge). I've also tried a smoothie that I made which was highly effective.

There are negative effects to a lot of things that society deems good, but I think Jabba was just exaggerating to make the point that the negative effects are very minuscule when compared to other drugs trying to achieve the same effects.
