What's wrong with BF2042?
Also, hi Ohio
It was a rough beta but noobs don't know about battlefield and bad betas. I'm not worried about the glitches and ask that stuff. I did not like the choice to remove the kit classes tho.
I haven't seen much about it. I just saw we could make custom servers with the old maps and guns and ****. They got rid of classes?
And yeah, I expect a BF beta to be glitchy. Hell, the whole game will be glitchy for the first 6 months, lol.
Yea BF4 took a whole year to be good but now it's regarded as one of the best in the series. I personally liked bf3 better but 4 was still really really good in the end.
But the old maps returning really is cool as hell, plus the custom game modes.

Really not excited about removing classes and on-the-fly weapon modification
Is just not battlefield anymore y'know. This game has had a really bad time with getting blueberries to work cohesively even when there were clearly defined roles that encourage teamwork. A good squad playing off each other was hard for one person to beat and could change the tide on a losing team. Now it feels like 60 idiots running around doing their own thing and no progress is made towards anything.
The quick mod thing is actually cool af on its own but it's also not battlefield. No real thought is put on gun customization when you could just change it on the fly for any situation. There's no repercussions to anything anymore. Thinking ahead should be rewarded but the opposite should also be punished, lol. Yes I know I'm a hard ass.
To be fair though, encounters in this game are in a pretty broad range of distances. In the end I'm not sure how to feel about this change.
