1  General Boards / Welcome to We Unite Gaming / Gamers? on: November 05, 2017, 12:16:04 pm
BadDaddy here.

Man it's been a few years since I've visited this site, my boys are grown, MadKiller now works for the US Post Office and has a Son, Zatch is graduating this year and most likely will have a football scholarship (he's 6'1" 215Lbs)  Koopastax, well err, he's living the dream of Fast times at ridgemont high, technically not my blood son, just grew up with my boys :/

ACW works in Management and me, I'm still a contractor.

The boys wish to come together for one last game, the new COD WW2 game coming out on the PS4 system.  They want me to be in on it :(  it has been years since I picked up a controller, but next week I'll buy my first console in years and start practicing with older COD's

So I guess that means TM will be back for a limited engagement.

We'll see you out there, I'll still be TmBadDaddy1, although technically I'm now GrandBadDaddy Tongue

Hey Max Kreater!

Glad I won't be alone, although there are already about a dozen TM's on the PS3 system, my boys have been busy Cool.

I'll log on my son's PS3 and check to see if ya sent me an invite, or however that works on the PS3's, But I won't have my system for a few more weeks, then I gotta have my son move my account over.

Max is gunner able to get a PS3? or no?  I think he'd be the only TM not on the PSN once we move.

But before I get the PS3, I'm gonna try that 30 day free trial for OnLive, to see if it's worth a crud or not.

I'll send ya an ally request, but I mostly just play a game or two in the mornings and a few in the evenings with Max and Gunner89

Nope, no sense in fixing my account, It'll just get hit again, three other attempts have been made on me since then by pissed off pre-pubs.  Besides I'm not chasing any leader boards in this game.  I simply don't play with 15th prestige that have less than 12 days in, or have a kdr over 10, most likely it's made up.

I'm gonna get me that PS3 that comes with the Wii style control with my tax return.  The "instant hacker" entrance into BlackOps soured me on the Wii system.

Pretty much ACW will be the only member from this household playing the Wii on a regular basis soon.  I'm just gonna play with the OG's and MOHH2 guy/gals that are left now and then.

If I recall, I'm "TMBadDaddy1" on the PSN for those that care.

Doesn't change the point that IRS and the likes, believe they have the right to mess with anyone for "fill in the blank" reason, I was in a match where I decided to just knife. I went 20 and 5, and apparently pissed some dikhead off. So because I knifed him a few times? that justified wiping my account?

Once they take this "GOD" additude, the bar continuously drops for excuses to wipe people's accounts.  I'm hoping the programer I know at Treyarch can fix this, but, every time I see this, I'm more and more enclined to go to PS3.  Where, my son tells me, they fix most issues within 48hrs.

Sony and Microsoft seem to recognize the damage hackers do, Nintendo, unfortunatly doesn't seem to care.

Anyone else had their accounts hacked, and all their work wiped out?

I know TMMaxDaddy and TMGunner89 got wiped, today I joined that small but frustrated group, some picklehead named RYANNN invited me to a game, in in the few seconds that it took me to realize something was not right, he managed to knock me from 6th prestige level 28 to just level 28 and no presitge.

Gun classes gone, I suppose I'm lucky, I dumped him before he could finish, so I don't have the massive negative exp points as they did to Max, but still... what's the point in playing if some SOB wipes everything you completed?

If your wondering why I've not been around, well times have been tough, and it's not been a good two years for me, and it simply doesn't seem to be changing anytime soon.

Just wanted to give ya the heads up, I know IRS is one of the weasels that's doing this, But I wanted to add this RYANNN persona in case anyone is keeping tabbs, so ya know to dump the Aholes when they send you a request.  Seems to me, they are using your allies list to find people as at least ten people from my allies list have been cut down to level 1 zero prestige.

Take care guys, I'm at least two weeks still from a new pc, and this old thinkpad can't handle multitasking, so I can't do much more than one thing at a time.

LOL!

So what's going on with the other TM?  Some of them trying to start something?

Are they new members to Total Massacre?  I've never had problems with them in the past.

Well, doesn't supprise me, most clans seem to think if your not in a war every week then you must suck.  They don't understand that sometimes ya just play for the fun of it and like to have yer friends around ya.

I personally could care less about wars, but if we are challenged, I'll help.  As far as other clans saying anything, well, what can I say, we got no control over what others say.  But let me pose this question...

How many of these "great clans" took wins on technicalities, they lost the war, but found a way to sneak in a win, yeah the other clan made a mistake, but if you lost???

Look if we were playing for money, prestige etc., I'd have a different additude, so don't show me that press conference of the "you win the game!!!!"  Pitsburg coach, it's getting old.

Twisted Marauders plays and operates for our clan members, we enjoy each others company in the chat and in the games, what other clans think carry little weight with us.  This is not to say that we have contempt for any clan, we get along with most, and often play and back up members from other clans in games.

If I recall, Lame Battles allows RN's in wars, have you ever tried to capture a flag, HQ or plant an explosive when you got RNers camping?  The game looses it's "fun" factor when they do that, and make wars just frustrating!  I'm hoping this new ladder helps.

Anyhow, to shorten this up, (thank god!! your probably thinking), it's just not worth the blood pressure rise to care what a kid who's goals at this age/time is to brag about how good he is and to keep from poping a load at a photo of Beonce' in a bikini may have to say about TM.

Well they camp a heck of allot more, they use what is called a "Thumper" it's no different than RG's IMO, but they don't call the ones that use it noobtubers like they do RG users.

Because I'm not used to the maps,  I'm getting tagged all the time, when I actually find one I get a kill  Angry !   Don't get me wrong there are some that run n gun, but most are just sneaking around everywhere, or planted in a good hiding place.

The controller customization is non existant, you can't do anything with your sights (which are a light grey and very small) so that is taking me time to learn as I can hardly see them (third person mode works much better for me).  You only have a set amount of choices for control styles, (no moving things to where you want them).  This could just be me, but it seems way more mechanical to me, in that the precise shooting is difficult, where I can line someone up quickly with the wii controllers, this one stops short or overshoots  and there's no adjustment for that, least not like we got on the wii.

Where the wii has six or eight different slide bars to fine tune your sensitivities for more precision, the ps3 has one general set up that adjust everything  (slow, medium, fast & insane), so you can't set your hip firing to a different speed from you sights or scope.  It's all generalized to a similar speed.  Dead zone adjustment doesn't exist, Gesture adjustment doesn't exist, neither does gestures for that matter.  It seems they made the controllers in this game more to level the playing field then allow us to customize and specialize in certain methods.

It's different that's for sure.

Anyhow I had to start a FC on our second wii, just to get enough kills to have my happly tingly feeling  Roll Eyes after getting clobbered in several maps where I didn't see a soul till I viewed the kill cam.    So my FC is 2428-9861-0769  anyone who wants to add me let me know at our clan page her in WU  (Twisted Marauders, for those that don't know).

I'll add ya each time I log in.
