All 8 won't have to add eachother. I have a feeling it'll just be everyone have to have the actual host added. I suppose there is a slight chance you'll also be able to just join a friend if he is in the game and has the host added, but i doubt it.

Speaking of host. Seeing as it is so similar to QoS i'm guessing CoD will also make a random person host for a game you're in meaning that when he leaves the game, everyone will be disconnected. =/
