So do you not know your password? I'd think that would be the case considering you only changed your email address and that in case wouldn't change your password.
So did you change your email address but forget your password and can't recover it because it's not sending anything to that address?

She entered a fake email address into her account information. She apparently didn't know you had to reactivate your account via receiving a new password in email to use the account. So now she has no idea what the password is.
