Yes! Red is amazing  they're much softer imo but they do have some screams and their music has a lot of energy and emotion! my friend went to their concert once and said they were great live too. I think i like Red because they are sorta similar to Linkin Park's Hybrid Theory days I love Red's lyrics, and I'm also a big fan of Linkin Park. Also some harder stuff like Slipknot... lol. |

Linkin Park is a good band but i'm really only a fan of hybrid theory and songs here and there. they are a little too poppy kinda i dont know how to explain it but not really the same sound i liked them for in hybrid theory. Red has some good lyrics for sure  never really was interested in slipknot, they're more on the darker side of METAL not really that i don't have as much interest in. the most general genres of what i like are djent, post ****, and metalcore. i occasionally will listen to my deathcore/death metal artists on my ipod though. the hardest band i listen to is probably beyond creation or chelsea grin |

i didn't say "pop" i said "a little too poppy" by which i meant a little too much electronic for my taste. maybe poppy wasn't the best word but whatever you wanna consider the intro and backround to this song is the element i don't like. i guess more dubstep sounding? not the best at telling what it is but yeah, much of this song i can imagine in a pop or dubstep song

and i know linkin park has always had some electronic elements to their sound but their sound never seemed so dependent or controlled by it as it seems like their newer stuff is
