I was skeptical too, but I feel the evidence she's provided is more than enough for the circumstances.  Now, if she were asking me to wire her some money so she could come to America with the wealth she possesses as a Nigerian princess, I might require a bit more rigorous evidence.

But for just believing that she's a girl on the internet, I'm comfortable accepting that she's telling the truth.  And if not, kudos to him/her for keeping it up for so long.
