So are you implying/insisting that 'we" are apathetic to the site's success and you bear thd burden of keeping it alive?

I'm saying you don't know what the job of the position that you hold is.

About the question you asked Autumn, what I think is my job as a global moderator. I think it's mainly what Turbo said it was when I asked about it months ago coupled with anything Nintendo related that I post.

I don't think of the position as prestige thing. I'm not one to flaunt around this site and mock the "regular members" because I'm a mod and they aren't. I don't think any mods do that.

I agree that the mods that became mods before the whole application was made up probably wouldn't be able to answer that question or most of the questions on there since we all didn't become mods that way. I was recommended by a friend/clanmate and the staff agreed. He asked if I would like to become a mod and I said sure. I was then made a global mod while not knowing what I was supposed to do. I mainly just acted as a member for about a year after the fact. I eventually asked and learned about it. I'm not the perfect mod as you can see.

I would say more but I'll probably just backfire on me. So that's my answer to your question, Autumn.

I'll clear up any confusion on the issue now, then.

A staff member's job is to moderate the forum on an as-needed basis, and to encourage activity by posting frequently (including making topics) and by taking initiative with other things, such as the March Madness stuff or the Superbowl thing Autumn did.  Going beyond that and producing video content for the site is an added plus but isn't required.

Also, you don't know **** about me, so please don't assume that you do.

Alright, that's enough.  Take this to the mod forum or PMs if you have anything else to say.

Alright.  Then that's the last we'll hear of this in public.  That goes for all of us.  If we've got problems, we will deal with them as a team.  Feel free to come to me with problems like this if you feel something isn't right.

"As a team", or at the xat, and then back to WU for further evaluation?

I've already explained that once.  I will not do so again.  If you've got a problem with it, do what I just said.  Last warning before I start deleting posts.

What if you're the problem, do we still come to you?  Cheesy Tongue

Also, you don't know **** about me, so please don't assume that you do.
^This made me laugh for some reason. Made me think of that FOX show, "Does Someone Have To Go?"

"As a team", or at the xat, and then back to WU for further evaluation?

I think he means just keep it on the mod board(we have one of those?, secret's out) if they're mod related problems.

If you're havin' mod problems I feel bad for you son. I've got 99 problems but admin ain't one. HIT ME!
