I think it was where the cobblestone walls jutted out a bit. That doesn't have an effect on the player, but it does on horses for whatever reason. It was highly annoying and should have been avoided by the map maker.

Hopefully you'll have similar feelings for the next one. We did a proper adventure map and it was a pretty enjoyable experience.
