Steam on an Android tablet?

I'm getting a tablet tomorrow. It's a pretty good one on jelly bean.

Can I play games with it on Steam?

Ok, no Steam on Android OS.

I think the only tablets that will work are the MS Surface Pro with a real OS. :-(
