Be honest. I've always had a roller coaster weight issue. I'll be thin for a few months and then I'll get fat and lazy. Right now I'm fat and lazy. It's usually during the summer that i get fat and then i go back to the gym during winter.

You and Red are probably the only two people I know of that stay in good shape just for self love. I workout pretty much 6 days a week, so I’m in pretty good shape for an OG. I've lost 80 pounds in the last 6 months. I'm 6'6" so it's less than it sounds. But still down quite a bit.  |
