You can't do this....
There are way too many people that are good with each weapon and half the people won't even get mentioned because they didn't play while all these new players are coming.
Everyone always tries to do something like this and it always fails because everyone just nominates people they play with or are friends with but not actually the people that were truly good with the weapon.
