you guys ever think about how youll never be able to explain to anyone why mohh2 was so great??
It's pretty crazy to think about how that game will be completely lost to time (already is really) where no one even remembers it existed. Yet it hit that perfect note at the perfect time on the perfect console for a just amazing experience and community. I don't think that will ever be replicated. To those of us who were here for it, our memories will live on. But for everyone else, it was just another WWII shooter on an underpowered console not worth remembering at all.

There really hasn't been anything like it for me. Wild how shoddy online quality raised the skill ceiling on that game by forcing you to lead shots, as otherwise the guns would've been hitscan. Lightning in a bottle for me, nothing else has been able to scratch the same itch, although Bad Company 2 and Apex have come close.

I agree completely. I think the two games I’ve most enjoyed were MoHH2 and BC2. I had hoped we would see BC3, and there were rumors that it would happen for the PS5 launch, but it’s apparently not happening. So disappointing, and I know there are many people that wanted to see it happen.

Phew, it’s been a while. I too have tried to explain how amazing MOH2 was, but I’m always left with the person chuckling. After all, it was a lag-infested game FPS on the wii, with maybe a few thousand people online at a time (if i remember correctly?). Still, I hold many of those memories with me today.
Im glad there is still some sort of activity on here. I can’t say I’ll drop by often, but I’ll check in once in a while. Hope everyone is well.

Not a bad idea if "[ Nds ][ /Nds ]" made your text selection into caps.

Well, it looks like the new Battlefield trailer is right around the corner. There's been two leaked images and some info. Nothing much to get from the images but the leaked info looks promising. Can't find the info leak but I'll post it when I find it.

Actually, forget about Battlefield. Let's talk about aliens. After the expose on 60 minutes, what's the general vibe around you guys? Y'all still feeling kinda tentative about the subject or maybe leaning towards finding other explanations but still open to "muh aliens" if you have more proof? Or are you guys all in with the aliens? If you're all in what kind of first contact are you expecting? Maybe a Star Trek meeting with a peaceful superior life or more of a bellicose Halo like encounter?
