This reminds me of one time when I was 13 in sex ed. I asked the teacher that since the **** is a muscle, if I worked it out, would it get bigger? >_<

Dang you had sex ed? I learned out in the field. I think its every guys fantasy to have a hot as heck sex ed teacher and then take her...out to eat sandwiches and tea and have a lovely conversation. Right?
Actually, when I was in eighth grade we were learning about voluntary and and involuntary muscles. The teacher asked us to name one of each and I said your **** can be involuntary cus when you see a hot girl it just goes up, even when you cant have it poking out. There isnt much you can do.

Ooooh yea!!!  Got my heart rate up to 160 and running at 5.5 mph on a 6% incline. I feel like Rocky!

Alright! I've lost 6 lbs in 4 days.  Got HR up to 180, I can run 1 mile at a 1.5% uphill grade at 6.8 mph without stopping now. Woooot!

Don't worry about the scale if you're working out. When I'm on my creatine cycle, I gain about 6-10 pounds, but it's water weight.

I'm not taking creatine.
I'm taking coq10, miracle2000, ginseng with royal jelly, omega 3 & 6, and 2 others that turn fat into metabolism or something like that. I'm also eating flax seed with a lot of my mals which include fish, chicken, eggs, tuna, salads, spinache, and non starchy fruits/veggies.
Next week ill be buying something called NOS blast to take before my workouts.
