I'm kinda thinking the whole console thing is gonna disappear to some extent in the future. They don't really need a super computer in your house anymore if everyone is gonna have super high bandwidth. I bet it will become more like OnLive (
www.onlive.com) where you play games that are rendered somewhere else and just plays through your pc browser or some kind of set top box on the tv. Selling console hardware is usually a profit loss at first for Sony and MS so cloud gaming could be the wave of the future in gaming IMO.
Wouldn't it be nice if there were no more consoles and just game developers so we could all play games together no matter what way we connected to the cloud? *looks up with dreamy eyes*
