battlefield is far from boring. I would say CoD is boring. All you do is run around like a one man army, get shot in the back, rinse and repeat. There's no team work and the community in CoD is ****.
Battlefield is based on team play and there is tons more to do in the game than just run around and see if you can shoot someone before they see you first.
To get the full experience when playing BF, you have to play with a good squad of friends and play as a unit to achieve the objective. It's much more exciting and rewarding, IMO, than CoD. You can't even kill someone in CoD if they are hiding behind a cardboard box, lol.
Also, this "premium online" stuff they are talking about in the new CoD game is complete and utter BS. All it is to me is another way to get you to pay for stuff that should be free in the first place. How the **** can they try to charge you more money for content that is already on the disc and is supposedly a new feature in the game. **** CoD and Activision. I hope CoD fails miserably, which it won't of course, because it is nothing more than a regurgitated game each release with new skins and a few more features. Now you just get to pay even more money after you buy the game to get some of those new features, lol.
I guess it's not fair for me to judge a game by not even playing it at first. I'll probably rent it to see if it's fun, but from some youtube videos I've seen it's kind of boring. I guess I'm just too used to Call Of Duty gameplay. That's why MW3 having destructible environments and still retaining its perks and killstreaks will be great for me. Oh and the Wii COD community is by far the most mature community for COD IMO. Simply because there ain't that many of us to begin with lol.
