To be honest, I don't really enjoy arguing with people on Wii Unite
Could have fooled me. Arguing against opinions tends to make you question your own, and when you have no leg to stand on it makes it that much harder. I wouldn't expect you to evaluate BOTH shades of the argument and/or change your mindset, because you're still only 17 and admitting a change may hurt your pride a bit.

How to Gameshare? Map packs are complete bull. I'm sure most of them are ready from launch. It doesn't take 4 months to take a little area from the campaign and add some fences and respawns to it. I can understand trying to keep the game alive, but they could at least make them cheap (like Brotherhood where they're free). The bad thing is it's spreading to every game out there. Halo 3 had maybe 3 map packs in its entire existence, and they released them far apart with plenty of maps and vehicles. Now Reach has already had 3 and they're almost all crap that was taken straight from the campaign. If only all gamers could arrange a boycott until they release them for free/cheaper.. But that will never happen. no **** man. i think its male cattle dung that they all cost $15 & you only get like 4 maps. i remember when the first $15 pack came out & everyone was up in arms about it. now its the norm. people pay whatever activision asks apparently. theres too many issues with cod on ps3. activision is obviously biased toward xbox. they get a better performing/looking game and all map packs 1 month ahead yet they ask for the same price. whatever though. i dont even really like cod besides the campaign story. its the only thing im looking forward to in mw3. i wanna know what happens with price & soap. im renting it though. no way am i getting this over bf3

Night Themes: Blackout, Guardian, Sandbox
Guardian isn't really a night theme. It's just in a really dense rainforest. Halo 3 came out on 360, as did BC2. What would the year of release matter if they both came out on the same system? I just had to respond to this... you're saying because it's on the same system, it doesn't matter when it came out? Obviously comparing something with a 3 year gap means something.. a lot actually. CoD4 came out on 360 and PS3, it had the same capabilities back in 07 as MW3 does now? No. That is all, I just spotted a bad argument and thought I'd respond... the rest I really don't care about lol Halo 3 came out on 360, as did BC2. No. I have to agree with DG here. Halo 3 and Reach were both released on 360, but Reach has far greater graphics, animations and has a huuuuuge budget in forge compared to Halo 3. I never even liked halo. It's too cartoony and fake for me. Plus, I can't stand playing games online with teenyboppers and all their BS on the mic. BC2 is kid free for some reason.
Lol I thought my mom invented that word. 1.I haven't played BC2 but the maps do look amazing. Honestly I don't think you can compare the maps from Halo and the maps from BC. It's like comparing a nice, shiny apple to a 3 year old orange. The things that make BC2's maps great are vastness, realism, great prop, terrain and building placement, and whatever else I can't say having not played the game. Halo 3's great features were its prop and building placement, spawns, small and large-scale choke points, and other things I just haven't thought of. You just cannot compare the two. What if you had a teleporter leading from a base in BC2 all the way to the middle of the map? What if Valhalla had ultra-realistic terrain instead of the amazing yet impossible cliffs? They would be entirely different maps.

With your agreement on what DB said; again, its gaming progression that has allowed for better graphics and gameplay. The system and its capabilities haven't changed. I will agree that comparing them is silly since they were released within such a big gap of time and are themed completely different. I also like your analogy about teleporting on a BC2 map like Halo does or vice versa. I got a good chuckle out of that one.

Name: SuperBadChick Classification: Rogue Primary Combat Style: Ranged Secondary Combat Style: Stealth Bio: The way SBC approaches combat may be seen by some to be cowardly or dishonorable, but in reality SBC deals strictly with what is practical. After all, the best way to not be impaled by a broadsword is to be out of its reach entirely. Instead of meeting her foes head-on, SBC prefers to use a bow and arrows to fell her enemies from a (safe) distance. For those occasions lacking a sufficiently large battlefield, SBC uses her knowledge of the magic arts to cloak herself in shadow and flanks her targets, quietly slitting the throats of the men in the back of enemy lines with her silver dagger. Should the situation become too hostile for a lightly armored warrior such as herself, she will flee from the battlefield and live to fight another day. After all, a dead warrior is no use to anyone.

lakk, I actually meant "developer progression"
I.e. a developer will incorporate a certain feature of a game that's innovative. The game is successful as result of that innovation.
The next developer of a same styles game takes that same innovative concept and makes it better or more versatile thus raising the bar for the next game and developers.
Take Call of Dookie for example. In MW1 there were certain perks. In WaW there were "different" perks. In MW2 there were "even batter" perks than the others, and so on. The respective systems OS hasn't changed, just the features incorporated by the game's developers have.

And the engine used to make the games.

And in return they increased their "Fee" to play online from $50 to $60 a year. I sure wouldn't want to pay nearly that much just to play online. As far as the 360 getting the better graphics, that is just the developers being lazy.
