I know how your gaming isn't the same without me; school officially started Monday and by 8pm I'm exhausted. Someday I hope to play again but god am I tired when I get home.

Those little 8 year olds can be exhausting; once my patience goes, everything goes downhill. Truly though, I love teaching 3rd grade, but the beginning of the year we spend so much time on routines and procedures, sometimes I feel like a broken record.
To compound things, my wife teaches in the same district and my kids go to school in the same district. So we went from 0-100mph all at once.

My wife started this week too. She's a nurse for K-6 (school has about 750 students), and she sees about 50-80 students a day. I can't believe she's not wiped out when she gets home- she even gets up and works out at the gym by 5:00AM every morning. Not bad for a 44 year old.

yeah JD, that's the size of my school too. Fortunately we have a full time nurse and yeah, non-stop kids whether it's meds, stomaches or whatever. Good for her to keep the energy up.
