ok, since Red did it and Mnops asked so nicely...
Obviously I still need a ton of work, but heres a back story (or excuse) first. Back in March I was at prime tone and feeling great and my life was nearly destroyed, so I stopped working out and went casually until September. For the first part of the month I went **** cardio and mid September I started doing casual lifting. For the last 2 weeks I've stepped up my lifting and am mixing it in with cardio.
