that guy is **** insane. but i don't think i'd ever want to go for something like that. firstly, i don't have the size for it. it'd look wrong. secondly, i think it's good sport but i just don't want to go that deep into it. i'm okay with just a fit body.

anyway, i haven't updated in a long time. i was expecting some really noticeable results by now but unfortunately i don't look much different. i feel tons different though. i can move my body around a lot more easily and putting any kind of weight on my legs is just easy as ****. i wish i could get some measurements but i didn't really think to jot any of them down at the beginning. i still have a belly and some m'oobs but my muscles are larger all around, especially my legs.
i think from now until the end of the year i want to put a little bit more emphasis on lifting a little bit heavier and strengthening my core and lower back more. not too concerned with my upper body but i'll still give it some attention.
