Thanks doodz. I wish I could have taken pics from before when I was 215. Mnops did I read that 1MR came out with something new? Not to my knowledge. I've seen 1MR pills advertised on Amazon.com but those would take way longer than the powder.

nice , IMO working out legs before upperbody is a good idea, because legs is such a massive muscle group that working them out really pumps up the endorphins and that will only benefit you when going to upperbody afterwards, most people will just do a leg day and thats it, but a leg + something else is a good idea IMO, also Red working out your legs while upping your calorie intake is the easiest way for weight gain, hope some of this makes sense

I do a six day split that goes a bit like this: Day 1: Biceps -alternating dumbbell curls -straight bar curls -hammer curls -seated ez bar curls but on this last exercise, I focus on contraction and spend 8 seconds per rep going back down Day 2:Chest -dumbbell bench press -incline barbell bench press (with a pause at the bottom) -decline barbell bench press -dumbbell flies Day 3: Shoulders -shoulder press -side laterals -front laterals -upright rows -revrse flies (I think that's what its called. You lay on an incline bench with your stomach on the pad, and you extend your arms out like a fly) Day 4: Back (and traps, even though they're part of the back, some people think its shoulder lol ) -deadlift (**** love this exercise) -barbell shrug -t-bar row -lat bar pull -hyperextension Day 5: Triceps -seated dumbbell tricep extensions -cable pushdowns -laying down ez curl bar tricep extensions -dumbbell kickbacks Day 6: Legs -leg press(I go as heavy as I can here) -squats(ass to calves or at least breaking parallel. And I don't go super heavy on this one. I like to rep it out at a light weight such as 135-185) -quad extensions -leg curls (idk what the correct name is) I don't supplement anymore, but I am eating like a madman. 3000 calories a day in order to be 200 lbs before I cut down for my upcoming competition. Sidenote: if I posted pics with my shirt off, would you call me kechua?

For bicep dumbbell curls, what's your max?
Red, have you tried Jack3d or 1MR yet?
Also, yes, strong legs = strong everything else. Protip: strong core = even stronger everything. I had a buddy that only worked out specific muscles and hardly did legs that was toned and as soon as he worked out his core that fool got mad ripped.

If you're talking to me, I usually max out around 40. Any more than that and I start swinging and using my back after a few reps which I won't let myself do. Perfect form always. But if I can get like 4 in with 45, ill do a dropset and hit the 40's, and then maybe the 35's for a few extra reps to get max overload.

K's right about the strong core, you can work your stomach out everyday if you want, same go's with your calfs, just know your limit to minimize the risk of tearing something

Thats awesoem that your preaching form, that is the key, I use to throw my back against a wall to make sure of it. Laying down on your stomach on an incline bench have a partner hand you the dumbells while your arms are extending down, then curl up towards you are the bench, this excerise will help fill in that gap you get between your bicep and your elbow joint

Nice! You got hella strong biceps, man. Lol tbh, I neglect my biceps moreso than anything else. I love doing back and triceps. So much fun going super heavy on deadlifts and also if you've got nice tri's, your arms look freakin massive.

Jack3d is usually about $28 to $32 but sometimes I find it on sale for $23 at GNC or Vitamin world. 1MR is about $5 more I believe.
