man last week i was sick for like 4 days i was throwing up everything so i didn't lift or eat anything for like the whole week those 4 days i had like 0 protein. When i started to lift again i couldn't do **** like less then half of what i would normally lift couldn't do pull ups worth **** my pecs where gone shirt was loose **** was dishearting i almost cryed lol. I started lifting more and eating a **** load and im pretty much back to where i was i guess i just needed so food or something i thought i lost like half my muscle or something that **** was scary all that work to lose it all from being sick (ONO). Its all good now though  Afro

Probably off topic, but tomorrow I am supposed to have my first real track meet since June 2009 (though I did compete this past December, but that was before I did any HJ practice with my team).

My knee has been hurting since January 3rd for w/e reason. It feels way better today, but I think I'm going to make the smart move and not compete tomorrow. I'd rather not **** up my knee bad like I did in high school.
