a good snack also is beef jerky lots of protein hardly any fat. i benched 190 today almost up to 200 yay

I was benching 155 for reps a few days ago. Probably can pump out 175 for one rep.

I take in way too much sugar. Need to cut out bagels/cereals (whole grains, but still more sugar than Oats/Eggs)

did 4 sets of 2 195 probaley be at 200 in afew days. think i might starting sprinting for 10 or so min every day i usually do 0 cardio (ONO)

Dude, you need to try Jack3d.  I didn't take any for about 3 months and it showed. 

I use one machine almost identical to this one for chest/tri's and 3 weeks ago without jack3d I could do 3 sets of 15 reps with (2) 45lb & (2) 35lb plates (160 lbs total) and that was about it.  Now I can do 2 sets of 10 to 12 reps with (6) 45lb plates (3 on each side) for a total of 270 lbs. before I gas out.  I couldn't believe how effortless it was when I started increasing the weight.

I'm down to 159.2 pounds, but that is because I started eating normal food again and went to Hooters lol. I just can't stay on diets too long.

when your cutting im assuming your eating alot less or do you eat the same and do alot of cardio if you still take in the same amount of protein will you avoid losing muscle as you diet etc?

Haven't been practicing with the team for over a month, but I've still been training on my own. Feeling much better. Hopefully I don't randomly get hurt again... Took some jumps today and recorded:




Also, trying to get my strength up. Been doing lots of squats, bench, deadlifts, and military press, among other exercises. 300lb bench, 400lb squat, 400lb DL are my goals by the end of Summer 2012. Right now I'm doing 5x5 on the 4 main lifts I named (squat, bench, DL, MP). I'm especially noticing the strength gains in bench. My chest is becoming more defined. Good ****

nope not a lot less. I eat 500 less calories. But when you're cutting you're gonna lose a little bit of muscle but not very much. also, I do 30 minutes of stepmill every day on a cut as opposed to no cardio on a bulk. I think its wasteful.

Still working on getting my maxes up by doing the 5x5 program for DL, squats, military press, and bench, plus fewer sets for other exercises.

Tomorrow I will be up to 5x5 @ 180lbs on squats, and @185lbs for DL on Wednesday.
I do DB Bench, so I'll be up to 65lbs each hand tomorrow.

Next week I won't have a track meet that Saturday (April 7), so I'll be able to have a harder training week. Gonna do hang cleans one of those days.
And my squats should be @190lbs for 5x5 on that friday (April 6).
