probably not the best example, but I was about 15 lbs lighter here. Keep in mind, I never worked out until I was 28 or so. Back then I was just partying and my only form of excersize was battling at raves. Like in this pic. I was 18/19 or so.

Took my friend's Pre-Work out, i didn't know it had creatine until after we worked out. We did some sprints afterward, i could barely run. But i did feel stronger when benching. Don't think i'll take it again though.

Creatine doesn't really benefit running. I find it more effective for the upper body. Same with nitric oxide.

Yea, we always run after working out, he's trying to lose weight so join him. I probably won't ever take whatever i took again. I forgot what it was called but i'll find out.

I'm constantly feeling tired (legs/hips always tired) even when I take days/weeks off. At what point do you just quit? I've felt like this for most of the past 3 years.


Should I just stop lifting for the rest of summer and do body weight stuff? wat





I need some good body weight exercises to build the quad muscles.

I don't drink coffee either, but I had my first full cup of coffee about 2 weeks ago. I don't add refined sugar, just a little bit of honey. I think I will only have coffee before track meets and maybe once in a while on weekend mornings.


It really is obvious to me how much coffee works. I become much more alert. It's about as obvious as when you know you're high from marijuana. I didn't think it was that obvious of an effect, but now I can see why people are addicted to it  Afro
