I wish i could dumbbell press that much. I've been on the same weights (maybe when up 5 pounds) during the last couple of months. Any advise on how to not plateau?

I don't necessarily want to get huge but i just want to gain a little more mass since im pretty cut because i have almost no fat.

Sometimes, just taking time off can help you get off of a plateau. Try taking a few days off, and eating a lot of nutrient-dense food within that time.

Or you could try de-loading (use heavy weight for low reps on first few sets, then continue to lower weight/increase reps)

I usually do reps of 5-8 depending on the exercise, but today i tried something different like you said and it hurt much worse. I did a pyramid on the bench, after that i couldn't continue with the rest of my workout which is usually incline, decline, dumbbell flies. I'll see how i feel tomorrow, hopefully sore lol

regular muscle milk imo is the beast for muscle mass use it with creatine and you will gain for sure. As for non jittery pre wo supp get jack3d micro its a new formula their is no jittery feel whatsoever you might have to take afew extra scoops though if your use to the orig.

If anyone works out at home buy this **** program.

Serious this program is amazing I wouldn't recommend it if it wasn't you can put on serious mass with it im on week 2 and i feel stronger and more ripped then ever the sorest ive ever been probaley. The first time you do it you just go through the motions but the second time you feel it and its intense.

Just did a set of 7 reps @ 135 on the bench. It's not that much, but compared to my weight (136-140lb) i think it's pretty good. The pyramids have definitely helped, i could only do 4 and a half at most less than a month ago.

My goal is to make 135 my working set when i start doing 3 sets of 5 reps again.

Good ****, boys.

I have a track meet on Saturday. If I don't jump 6'6" or higher, I'm going to quit (or I'd probably just get kicked off the team). Still have pain in my knee even after all the yoga and rehabilitation exercises/icing/supplements.

I think the real problem lies deeper (maybe a surgery), but I'm going to try for 6'8" on Saturday. Without track, I'll have several hours more of free time to work on projects and whatnot, but I'll still miss training/competing.

That's why I really want to get this knee fixed so I can eventually train in MMA and maybe give the 2016/2020 Olympics a shot.

Why do we need to buy the program?  Why don't you just list the routines?

Alright I will not today though I don't want to spend forever on here. Im off on Friday ill do it then. For me its easier putting a video in . I know if I did it myself I would probaley cheat some reps or skip a set or something idk but watching the video and having someone doing the same wo as you while you are going helps aton. They also give you a guide and a food plan as well with the dvds. I don't follow it though.

Think I'm going to get surgery some time within the next 12 months because I know that the problem with my knee lies deeper than just doing rehabilitation exercises. I'll have to see some doctors because I still want to train for track & field/MMA in the future. I'm only 21, ffs...

I'll probably take a few weeks/months off of doing any workouts. I'll still eat relatively healthy/do yoga and some light training, but I won't be doing too much heavy weight lifting or sprints/jumps.
