Seems like some of you guys are hard at work.


I pretty much gave up on high jumping after 4 years or so of not making progress, even though I've gotten stronger and faster  Huh?



Gonna try to run the 800m in some open meets. My first meet will probably be April 6, and then hopefully I'll compete the weekend after that as well. Aiming for under 2 minutes even though I've never ran an 800m in a meet, but I'll try and stay close to the other guys in my race.


Been doing some basic training for it. Ran for 20 mins. today even though I planned on doing 45........... my motivation levels are shot after being extremely disappointed with how my high jump goals didn't come to fruition. It's hard to train for stuff like this and barely compete, and when you do compete, you compete like sheit.

So, I have 10 more days to go until the 5k through the desert with military obstacles.  I'm not satisfied with my progress, but I'm getting there.  I haven't posted progress pics in a while so here are the latest ones.

i finally got a gym membership. Im loving the gym i can't wait to go i actually wake up at 5 am to make sure i get their and have all of the machines to myself basically lol. I use to dumbells only so all of these dam machines is awesome they have everything too like pretty much every machine ever invented its great. Im loving the arm machines im geting amazing pumps my fave machine so far hands down the side lateral raise shoulder machine great stuff.

ive been doing reverse preacher curls with a straight bar imo its the best bicep exercise i feel that it makes your arms bigger when they are flaccid pretty much it adds mass to the long head of the bicep and it also works you forearms which is a plus.
