alright update on the new advanced jack3d formula. Compared to the old formula i cant really say which one is better they both have their advantages. This new one is definitively not that jacked mirco crap this one is a good. In terms of focus and that caffeine and tingle buzz the advanced version isn't as good at the original but as far as weight training this one is amazing at giving you a good pump its better in doing that then the original. I was repping out sets like nothing with it usually preworkouts that claim they give you a pump and use nitric oxide or some**** for me have never worked this one worked very well. Overall i thin it just comes down to preference i actually prefer this one to the original if i add a extra scoop or half scoop then it recommends. Just to get that extra caffeine

lol what the ****? i figured i'd be around 170 by now but I'm still at **** 182. I can fit into a smaller pants size though. It's time to run.

losing weight is easy man i got shredded eating jack in the box taco everyday before. all you need to do is know your maintenance calories find that out then subtract 500 calories from that every day. Say your bmr (maintenance calories) is 3000 eat 2500 calories every single day for afew weeks then adjust accordingly because you droped weight so your maintenance will be lower. Or you could do cardio(so you can eat more) as long as your in a calorie deficit you will lose weight. Thats it thats the secret lol the fitness /weight loss industry is a **** joke. They don't give a **** about helping anyone but wallet size.  Track your macros man dl myfitness pal on your phone and track everything you eat you will be amazed at how easy weight loss is. Just fill in everything. you can basically eat whatever you want and still lose weight. I wouldn't recommend that though the healtier you eat the more energy /better you will feel and overall be more healthy.  The only real secret is about every 3rd week have a massive cheat day eat something like 5000 calories refill energy stores and boost metabolism/ hormone levels back up. Oh make sure you get enough protein to preserve muscle.

I do 50 lbs per arm comfortably and 55's I can do about 6 reps
