So, it's been over a month since anyone has posted on their New Year's Resolutions, how are they going?
For me, haven't signed up for any classes yet, still snack after some meals but not as much as before, I am using the elliptical fairly regularly and I have lost 10 lbs since the first of the year ( I've got a weekly weigh-in with my boss at work so we are using our competitive nature to stay on task and eat less and healthier, so far so good ).

I've lost 12 pounds since I started going back to the gym and my abs are starting to show again

Dieting didn't really work for me so I just cut back on how much I eat and no more late night snacks. I can run at a speed of 5.1 with an incline of 2 for 40 straight minutes fairly easily.
