I JUST THRUST MY UNIT INTO MY HAND ABOUT 500 TIMES OR SO, I'M FAWKING DRAINED MAN WHAT A WORKOUT, NOW I NEED SOME GOOD RECOVERY SUPPLEMENTS, GOT ANY SUGGESTIONS?

im 6'2 170 lbs

bench 185x3

I haven't done deadlifts in like 5 months i think i did like 225 4 or 5 times or something like that

I don't do squats either

leg extension i do 145 about 15 times

calve curls i do about 110 10 or so times multiple sets etc

29 chin ups and 16 pull ups

75 pounds weighted tricep dips do about 20 per set

40 pounds when i do butterflys 12 reps per set usually only do 2 sets

thats it for now

For tricep dip press I can do 6 reps of 270 lbs.  Other than that I can comfortably do 3 sets of 210 at 15 reps.

i wish i had that machine lol what i do is put a 50 and a 35 on my legs when i have my feet elevated on to something then have my arms against a chair and go down etc

I just stuck the straw part of one of those keyboard blowers into my pecker hole, pressing down on the button now
