Well, I'd say to wait and see. It's not the kind of map setup that were used to in BF but it might actually turn out alright.
I'm actually kind of happy about the rent a server thing they introduced. Too bad it's not really free like EA did with MoH but I guess nobody does anything for free anymore. If they price it low enough I'll rent my own server and let you guys in whenever.

^wait wut. They actually have consoles renting servers out now? I'm going to go with a: Dice, are you retarded? or just money hungry? When I was playing I remember seeing a large majority of servers as empty... If anything else I would just get a group of people together and go join an empty server if we needed a simi-private match...

Yeah people are renting them, but they're able to change all the settings for the server(and kick players). So console can finally have the Metro/Kharg/etc 24/7 maps with infinite tickets. Can PC players choose which equipments and weapons are/aren't allowed? Would be nice to have some servers with no USAS or Famas.

^ I forget what exactly people have control over.. I know we don't have an infinite ticket per-se... but we can make the tickets stupidly high, the only problem is if the server crashes whilst running the game. I know people always try to make pistol only/knife only servers frequently.. and DICE shuts them down <_<

Explain to me how that's fair? If I decide to make a knife only game, what right do they have to shut it down if the servers are rented? If they want to avoid boosting then just force it to be an unranked match. I'm totally cool with that but not with them shutting down any particular game that I set up in my own rented server.

Lol. There's no difference between that and the maps we have now. Last time I played everyone was still USAS'ing it up, even on wide open maps. Armored Kill does sound interesting but they said they were going to design the biggest map yet. Really? How will that work for consoles? The maps are already too big with only a 24 player count.
