I'm sorry, I couldn't get over how they compared Angry Birds and COD, in even the loose way they did.


Yeah, Angry Birds is dirt cheap.  That's because the formula is very, very simple.  It uses an elementary physics engine and implements some pretty graphics.  That's it.  That's all.

Whatever your opinion on COD, you've gotta admit that it's way more complicated than that, especially when you factor in the online component.

Would I like to see a drop in price for console games?  Hell yeah.  Do I think I'm being ripped off by spending $60 on a game that lasts me 200+ hours?  Hell no.



Sorry, that just bugged me.  It is completely unfair to compare Angry Birds, a game that could be written by one person over the course of a few months, to a game like COD, which takes a full team of programmers nearly a year to write.
