Seriously, how long until either they do something, or the rest of the world does something?  I know "something" is a broad term, but does something catastrophic really have to happen before action takes place?

That goes into the second part though. Like in most cases people wait until after[/i| tragedy strikes before problems are addressed.  Is the world going to wait until NK actually drops a (successful) nuke on SK?
