Standards for getting, skillwise
I'm okay with anyone decently competent who's willing to play with clanmates frequently. However, if we can grab the best of the best right off the bat, we shouldn't lower our standards.
Standards, personality
Don't act like Zzz in a "Which clan is best" argument and we're good.
Structure (leaders and captains and all that ****)
I'm interested in seeing how the TEC model works for us.
Practice times
Could be set up in more detail once we have enough members for a full team, but for now at least twice a week. I'm free basically any time from 11 AM to ~ 5 PM CST, after that it depends on what my family decides to do, but I'll still have free time.
How many people we want?
Ideally as many as want to get in and are good enough. I'd say > 20 for one game might be problematic, but as we plan to have different divisions across the systems, I don't think having a large clan will be too bad.
Recruitment forum
What should the requirements be for recruitment? Is a mic necessary? Age requirement? Etc.
Policies and rules and ****
No inter-clan drama. That sh** kills a team.
policies?: I think multi-clanning is fine as long as it doesn't interfere with the actual divisions. And people who play a game competitively are expected to always be apart of our division if it exissts. only join another clan if its for a game that we dont play. also, usual no hacking/cheating/glitching/disconnecting stuff, when you'll be recognized as a member of wii unite, not just when you have the tag in
Yes.
