Oooookaaaaaay, so back to hardhouse... >_> All of the artists/dj's mentioned in the links, I've owned at least one to multiple of their cd's and have seen a few live. Feel free to youtube them for sound reference. http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/Styles_of_house_musicScroll down to where it says US hardhouse. That's what we in our scene rrefer to as hardhouse. Also, http://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/House_music#section_2 "Flyers in clubs in Ibiza often sported many corporate logos. A new sub-genre, Chicago Hard House, was developed by DJs such as Bad Boy Bill, DJ Lynnwood, DJ Irene, Richard "Humpty" Vission and DJ Enrie, mixing elements of Chicago House, Funky House and Hard House together. Additionally, Producers such as George Centeno, Darren Ramirez, and Martin O. Cairo would develop the Los Angeles Hard House sound. Similar to gabber or **** techno from the Netherlands, this sound was often associated with the "rebel" culture of the time. These 3 producers are often considered "ahead of their time" since many of the sounds they engineered during the late 20th century became more prominent during the 21st century."

Shiiiiiiiiiiiiiit that's classic hardhouse. All else sucks ass. Listening to it brings me back memories of females, battles at raves & house parties, wasted nights (and days), rumbles, and females.

Actually, with the discovery of exctacy, trance became a huge part of my life and still is, so while I disagree, I can't blame you for thinking it. I've listened to probably hundreds of trance albums. If iay recommend a few classics (showing my age here so you may or may not like it):
The very best trance anthems ever by I believe Cafe Del Mar. Its a double cd with a black cover.
Also, trance mix USA by ATB is a pimp one too. It was the first album to debut kernkraft 400 - zombie nation.

ATB started off so strong, but his recent work is junk, relatively speaking of course. Above and Beyond's latest album is spectacular, my favourite since Tiesto's "Just Be." Mat Zo and Arty haven't released any albums yet, but their work is unbelievable. I'd check them out if you haven't already.

Agree with you on ATB. The one I mentioned has so much energy, now his crap sounds like something you should hear when you're riding an elevator.
I've heard some of Arty's stuff but not the other one's. Ill have to check it out.

Quite possibly the most fucked up band ever. The bassist quit for a while, and the new guy they brought in to do the studio work ended up stabbing the guitarist 22 times, and this was the same guy who burned down a bunch of churches in Norway. They also made necklaces out of the singers skull bones.

Um, staunch evolutionist scientists will tell you there is no scientific evidence that evolution exists.
