Ok, you can think that way but then it's unfair to say others are playing wrong because they're always trying to win. That's where the stupidity comes in.
That's why "tryhard" is a stupid term. It's equally as stupid to call people like you people who "aren't trying hard enough". Who cares?

I never said there was a wrong way to play.
People can tell someone to try harder, but the answer will be the same as when someone tells another to stop trying hard.

For me it goes CoD4>BO>MW2>MW3>WaW
MW2 was the best for competitive gameplay, but its pubs pretty much sucked ****.
this.

Um, staunch evolutionist scientists will tell you there is no scientific evidence that evolution exists.

although Bops was hands down the best for competitive, if we're talking about strictly pubs I might revise the list a little (W@W higher maybs).

That's what I just said, they're equally as stupid. Yes you did mention there was a "wrong" way to play.
This comment doesn't exactly say that you like how other people play, does it?
Wannabe MLG kids **** me off. They try sooooo hard in pub matches.

I didn't say that was a wrong way to play. I hate kids pretending to be MLG. Like, let's say I'm trapping a kid in a corner. A kid on the other team comes running around the corner and sees me trapping him in a corner facing the other way. So the kid backs behind the wall, double stuns, jumps around the corner then drop shots me. That's what kind of try hard I'm talking about. I worded the last quote weirdly, and this quote was kinda worded weird too... Maybe you can understand what I'm talking about though.

Yeah, that's called a person playing the game normally.
Also, LMFAO at saying "kid" that's also another word butchering the CoD community, so pathetic.
It's like when you get on you feel like you have to assume
1. Everyone else is worse than you. 2. If you're killed, it's never your own fault. 3. Everyone is a "kid".
There are plenty of other things that make the CoD community pathetic.

If I'm talking about an example, I'm not going to call him a gentleman or a noble knight. I'm going to call him a kid, because that's the majority that play the game.
*reply to your list* 1. Maybe for kids who try, but I could care less if I'm good or not. I o GB doubles with a friend and we snipe. 2. Believe me, I know. 3. Everyone is a kid until I hear them speak and figure out if they are or not.

Or, you know.. a "guy" or "person" makes sense. Belittling others to make yourself feel better is the standard of CoD, so you probably don't understand.

Since when is calling someone "kid" belittling them?? I don't think anyone will get on CoD, call someone a kid, feel good about it, then the gentleman "belittled" gets off, sits in his parents closet and cuts himself.

I'll just compare it to a different situation...
let's say you're walking around the mall, you really gonna walk up to random people (not knowing their age) and calling them kids? LOL ok
I don't know why people act like the internet is so different from real life. You shouldn't act differently on one compared to the other, but so many people do it's retarded.

This isn't real life, it's a video game. But if you want to bring real life in, alright. People act different on Xbox because no one can do anything about it. People could be bullied and this could be their escape from their pain. If someone is shy and quiet in real life, gaming is where they can speak without being yelled (for the most part). Nobody can be made fun of for how they look or act because nobody except their friends on Xbox/ps3 know.
If you want people to act on xbox like how they do in real life, the community would be worse than it is. I bet mote than 50% of gamers are people who are quiet, shy kids (like me), who don't talk much in real life.

How would the community worse if there weren't a bunch of screaming kids (and adults, idk which is more sad) yelling **** at everyone?
