Not the greatest workout... but I finished it.

TRACK
5x250m hills @ ~39 second pace w/ 2 minute rest

The times were: 38, 39, 40, 40, 42

Felt really sluggish running today. I was planning on doing the workout on the track, but there were several people walking/ running, and I hate running on the track when there are too many people because they are distracting as sheit.




With tomorrow's training sessions, I will redeem myself.

Did them in a big, open field. It hurt.

Feeling really sore today, so I just did a lot of stretching/yoga type exercises.

1.5 total hours of stretching

I foam rolled and iced my legs once today already, but I'm about to hop in this tub filled with cold water and stay there for 15 minutes or so.


Tomorrow is another lifting day, then Sunday will be easy stretching once again, and starting Monday, I don't even wanna know what my schedule looks like. I'm thinking of running this monstrosity of a hill close by my house.

Still decided to go and do a quick lifting session.

GYM

Back Squats 1x5 @ 185lbs
                    1x4 @ 195lbs

I'm still sore from the lunges I did on Thursday... holy shat.

Today I did:

~45 minutes of stretching/ab exercises


If I'm feeling good tomorrow, I'll be running some hills then going to lift.

If I'm not feeling too good, replace the hills with something else, but still lift.

Today began with me eating a decent breakfast, then having ice cream before lunch... wait wat?

I was going to run the crazy hill today, but I'd rather run it early in the morning when it's not so hot. I still ran some hills. Felt pretty good today.


6x~190m hills @ ~26 pace w/ 1:25 minute rest

Times: 26, 26, 26, 26, 27, 28

Followed this up with: 6x~40m hills (steep grassy area) w/ minimal rest in between


During the longer hills, I really felt like taking a nice crap. Ended up coming back home to crap (came out of my O-ring like beef stew shot out of a cannon), but I'm still going the gym later tonight to lift hard. I'll do some core work at the gym as well, since I won't feel like doing anything at home.

he does the p90x yoga disk ive only done it once but its beast you stretch every muscle in your body pretty much

Yeah I've done that a few times, but that 1.5 hours of stretching was actually two separate 45 minute sessions. I just did my own yoga/stretching, not the vid.
