Oh my gosh! I use insanity! The name matches what i feel during the work out... it's hard but yeah it does get boring. That's why i run and play volleyball at the park.

Go running at a park with a friend, get into a sport/s, and eat well (have only drank water and some milk for the past couple of months).

I do all of the above, and i'm in great shape.

That's exactly what i've been doing too... i haven't had soda since the beginning of June.. only drank water,lemon tea, and milk. Sometimes coffee.

I'm working out everyday for the whole month before the 30th.. i got camp.. so i want to look good Azn

dude i do p90x its the best thing i ever bought there are 12 workouts and they will switch up about 4 weeks into it. If you give it your all and eat somewhat healthy you will lose weight and gain muscle guaranteed. I lost about 30 pound from it and gained a pretty decent amount of muscle also now i mostly do free weights bench etc but im probaley going to start up round 2 pretty quick. I went from 260 to 170 if you got the will then you will get that bod brah. Afro

Everytime I start working out, I quit after a month or two. Then I take a 3 month vacation until I start to feel fat and start the cycle again. I've been doing that since 2009. Talk about consistency about being inconsistent.

I have both of these items and that's all I need.  I'd say I'm pretty fit after about 2 months of consistent working out (4 times a week) with these two things.

Honestly, push ups are awesome, you should do some every night before you go to bed.

P90X is good, just don't buy their supplements. It's regular protein and carb mixes they charge an assload for just because of the brand name. >_>
