Jesus Christ DDD. You get more insane every day.

Ray Lewis
Ellerbe
Terell Suggs
Ed Reed
Kruger
McClellan

COME ON MAN!!

I'll agree that their secondary isn't the best outside of Ed Reed but that front 7 is by far the best in the league.

San Fran has them absolutely destroyed in that category. Houston, Denver, and Chicago do as well.

Seattle's d line gets more pressure as well.  Of course they blitz more but they also bring pressure with the front 4.

Ray Lewis has the most tackles in the post-season. Suggs was the best defensive end by far last year until he got hurt. Ed Reed is the best ball-hawking safety in history, no contest. Elerbe has been a sack monster this post-season. This is not because of names *tap dances with excitement*.

By the way, I'm not saying they have a better overall defense than the Seahawks or anything. Seahawks have a more complete defense but Ravens have the best front 7 in the league.

All those teams you name have great defenses (Houston's front 7 good heavily because of JJ Watt though) but DAT FRONT 7 OF DA RAVENS DOE

Seattle never used a blitz. They were 32nd in that regard.

Ray Lewis is a small sample size. If this way 2003, I'd agree with you that he's amazing but he's just not as good as other LB's in the league. Suggs is not a DE and Ed Reed's history does not affect what he does now.

I agree with ddds last post. Ravens d allow way to many yards patriots will score at least 30 on them if ravens don't score a lot they will lose.

Also, if the LB's are racking up tackles, it usually means the DL is not doing their job properly.
