5 points in a mess of a game like this is is a lot. Typically a two possession game. Just look at that Jets-Pats game from Thursday. The Jets could have dug themselves out of that hole(10 points aint a lot), but the rain and wet ball made it significantly harder to do so. Also, its 12 points now so suck it.

You say this like you've never seen a game in the rain before. The game almost entirely turns into a run game, which eats up clock and lets the D cheat with their front 7. When the ball is wet it can and will slip out on catches, its not the fault of the players(I never blamed the players), its just what happens.

Lol, you're a bad troll, DDD. I said to be realistic, and at least Dave is sane enough to do that.
Bad.

Hey, what can I say? They didn't show up, some imposters showed and embarrassed themselves.

That defense was missing the best DE on the team, as well as a Pro Bowl Corner in Browner and a freaky athletic SAM Linebacker in Irvin. That defense could be historically good. Pete Caroll is a defensive backs wizard and Dan Quinn can scheme up a storm.
The offense was missing Okung and Harvin. They will be fine.
Walter Thurmond is a pro bowl corner, and better than any corner San Fran has.
Richard Sherman is the best in the game, hands down.
I love Michael Bennett on this team.
Earl Thomas is the most valuable safety in the league.
Red Bryant looks healthy this season, and the last time he was healthy he was a monster, as he was last night.
James Carpenter dealt with Justin Smith just fine.
JR Sweezy had a phenomenal game.
Beast Mode is a thug.

That was Wilsons worst game yet. I'm glad he stays composed even when not playing well. Can't wait until we go to Houston and then Indy. I know its early but its scary that this team is missing 4 pro bowlers and still playing at this level. It would be silly for me to think that we are that much better then San Fran, it was just our night and we are pretty much impossible to beat at home, if the Seahawks can get #1 seed in nfc...loook out....

I'm not going to take anything away from last night, but let's see how he is in a big game away from the 12th man. We all know that the comfort of home and a roaring crowd hyping you up is pretty ideal. It's still early in the season and we can't assume that the injury bug won't affect any team. It sucks that we lost Reid and Davis. Oh, and Gregg Roman sucks sweaty donkey ass holes.
