Listen lets stop living in the past people, I love how everybody always says but they can't win on the road, that might have been valid the beginning of last year but the facts are this they are 3-1 on the road this year in and they will be 4-1 after next monday and that will be 4-1 on the road in a span of a month, thats a harsh to play that much on the road in that short of a time, going back to last year they are 7-2 on the road, I'm sure the team you root for having those road numbers would make you happy, so can we please stop using that reason until its appropriate again
Until they dominate opponents away like they do at home, the number one ranking looks like a homer to me. Not saying they are a bad team just not numero uno yet.

russell has it all accept the height but yet he is so smart and so determined thet he will become one of the top 10 qb's of alltime, bookmark it

There isn't a team in football this year that has "dominated" on the road.
Indy lost to San Diego and Miami, two average teams.
San Francisco got demolished by Seattle, again, and lost to Indy at home.
Denver lost to Indy on the road.
New Orleans lost to the Patriots on the road.
Kansas City hasn't played a tough opponent on the road, or at home for that matter.
Should we just have rankings that go from 2-33 instead?

Seattle is the team everyone hates, because it's full of coaches and players that they were wrong about.
Pete Carroll was a poor NFL coach, who relied on recruiting to create a good program. Tom Cable was an Oakland castoff that no one wanted.
Russell Wilson was too short, his arm wasn't strong enough. Max Unger was too small to be a guard, Golden Tate was too small and not strong enough, Marshawn Lynch was benched in favour of feel good story Fred Jackson and burner rookie Spiller. Browner was a CFL player, who was too slow to play corner, Sherman was a WR convert with character issues, Earl Thomas was too small to play safety, Kam Chancellor was too big to play safety, yet too small to play linebacker. Wagner was too small, Irvin was a massive reach, Clemons was too big to play linebacker, too small to play as a traditional 4-3 DE.
And yet all these players turned into pro bowl caliber players, and Pete Carroll is the best defensive mastermind in the NFL and the best talent evaluator. You win forever by adapting, and that's exactly what Carroll has created, and people are pissed it wasn't done in the same way as Bill Belichick.

Because the Raiders have been the "outcast" team for 50 years

In a lot of ways, yes. The old school Raiders were bigger, faster, and stronger than everyone else. Seattle is that team now. It's full of raw physical freaks that are coached into stars, except the physical attributes they care about aren't the ones other teams do.
Speed is nice, but speed can replaced length. Browner runs a 4.63, which is slow for a corner, which a reason very few people wanted him, but having a 6'8'' wingspan covers more ground than .2 seconds would anyways, especially if you're playing press man.
They don't rate athletes on combine numbers or pro day numbers, but on SPARQ scores, something Pete Carroll helped develop while at USC. Guys like Christine Michael look ordinary to the eye test, but his SPARQ score is through the roof, higher than every other RB in the class by far. They had a first round grade on Michael.
The same holds true for a ton of the Seahawks recent draft picks. Irvin a "reach" at the time is the greatest athlete in the class, Jordan Hill, their third round pick this season is a great athlete. Percy Harvin who replaces their first round pick, falls in this category.

A Very good team, physical and fun to watch. I don't think Belichick style has anything to do with people hating Seattle, some haters think they have a unfair home advantage based on noise levels.

Nah, it's their annoying fans that give them a black eye. Their biggest game in history was a MNF game against San Fran THIS YEAR!! They won and all of a sudden a team chalked full of tradition, greatness, and yadda yadda.
