Russell Wilson is a much better player than Pryor, and it's not close. Pryor has faced one tough defense, and he got destroyed by them. Wilson has faced four of the top six (Carolina, Arizona, San Francisco, Houston), and performed well against all of them, except for Houston, where Wilson had one starting guard.
Secondly, what Pryor has been forced to do isn't nearly on par what Wilson does. Let's break it down:

Six man blitz, pressure up the gut, O-line acting like a siv. Evades right, pressure from OLB comes straight at him, but he squares up his shoulders before he throws and launches a perfect pass. Square shoulders are key for mobile QB's. When they are on the move, shoulders that aren't square will lead to overthrows and inaccurate passes.

Here is Terrelle Pryor getting picked off by Husain Abdullah. Pressure up the gut but there's room behind him to step back and stay in the pocket, he chooses to throw off balance with his shoulders no where near square to the target on a deep out route. There isn't a single QB in the game with the arm strength to make that throw, but Pryor feels he has that for some reason.

This is what a good quarterback can do. Evades the rush, eyes downfield, evades the rush again, eyes still downfield. His pocket presence is unmatched. Tony Romo is the only other QB who can spin out of tackles like that, but Wilson has that and the speed to scramble if needed. Pryor has all the straight line speed in the world, but he is no where near as elusive in the pocket.

Have a seat.

This is a proper deep out. He sets his feet, shoulders are square, ball is high pointed. Pryor dreams of making that throw.
Now, as for the numbers:
Defenses Pryor has faced by DVOA (0 being your baseline average, + being poor, - being good, rank in brackets):
Indianapolis: -4.6% (11)
Jacksonville: 17.9% (31)
Denver: 7.9% (26)
San Diego: 21.6% (32)
Kansas City: -19.3% (2)
Average of 4.7%.
Defenses Wilson has faced by DVOA:
Carolina: -14.3% (3)
San Francisco: -4.6% (12)
Jacksonville: 17.9% (31)
Houston: -3.1% (13)
Indianapolis: -4.6% (11)
Tennessee: -2.4% (15)
Arizona: -10.0% (5)
Average of -3%.
You always mention the Raiders O-line when talking about Pryor, but Wilson has it far worse. I'll use Pro Football Focus numbers, since they grade out on time before the rush hits since both of these QB's like to scramble.
Through four games, Seattle had the second worst rated line, with -33.4, baseline being 0 once again. Paul McQuistan, as I've said before is the worst guard in the league, and he's playing tackle right now, hence his -14.9 (!!!) grade.
Oakland sits at -3.2. Not good, but not nearly as bad as the Seahawks have it right now with all their injuries. Like I said after the Chiefs game, Pryor doesn't have the pocket awareness of Russell Wilson. A few of his sacks were his fault, not his O-line.
For some delusional reason, you're stuck on Pryor being a good QB, and I don't get it. He's not, and there's no indication that is, unless you're playing San Diego every week. Pryor would get eaten alive if he had the same schedule as Wilson. Even with a cakewalk schedule, he can't match the numbers that Wilson puts up.
Now is a good year to suck, root for losses, you want Mariota.
