that catch that crabtree made in the game was such a nice catch, the dude really does have amazing hands, and that throw by kap I believe he scrambled a bit then made a jump pass into the back of the end zone over earls hands was an amazing play as well, these teams are going to be fun to watch for years

Funny how the entire national media can call our receivers "mediocre" and "pedestrian" for over a month, but then when Sherman goes on national tv and calls a SF receiver mediocre, suddenly the entire team and city of Seattle is a "classless villan." Nice little double standard there.

This only unfortunate thing about this whole Sherman thing is that it detracts from the real story of the Hawks wiinning the NFC championship in one of the great games of our time against one of the best teams in the NFL, with contributions from nearly every starter on the roster (and some from the backups, too).

Let's talk about Balwin's game, or Kearse's catch (2 undrafted guys), Chancellor's shutting down the entire middle of the field with his presence, Lynch breaking open one of the best defenses in the league, or Wilson proving to all the doubters that when the moment is right, he can throw with the best of them.

It's phenomenal. I've said it before and I'll say it again, Seattle is made up of players people were wrong about and they hate it. They are always waiting for the Hawks to collapse because of evaluations from years ago but it's not coming.

That throw was incredible. Crabtree's hands are not great though. 5th highest drop rate in the NFL over the past few years.

I believe baldwin has the best percentage of catches when has been thrown to in the league, he was huge in this game, even though this super bowl might be a ground and pound game with the weather, having harvin will help all the receivers and lynch as long as a coach doesn't have his team put a price on his head again

Denver doesn't scare me at all. There's not a single player the Hawks can't shut down.

they don't scare me either, I look at the weather and I look at mannings stats when playing in those conditions then I look at the defense of the seahawks not having to worry about a qb scrambling and what they have done to elite qb's all year, I'm very confident that the seahawks have the advantage in this game, I will be honest though if it was played in a warm weather city or indoors I would be pretty damn nervous of that omahaing bastard

I decided that seahawks need oline in the first round, there is no hiding it anymore. If Wilson had a few more seconds each snap this team would be completely unstoppable

The reason being?

a lot.  I don't have numbers right now, but his catching abilities, YAC, and I believe he's the top receiver in the league on 3rd down or something.

I did.  And it was.  But in the end, Kaep still threw the picks.

I also wouldn't have been worried about any if the AFC teams.

Rather have Benjamin. Look at how well the Hawks teach 5'11'' guys to high point a football. Now imagine a 6'5'' guy doing that.

Top receiver on 3rd down? How so?

Something like he has the most catches for 1st down on 3rd down.  I don't remember where I read it or the stat word for word.
