Alex Smith had no one to throw to..50 pa equals doom for the chiefs. Very surprised their pass rush was a non factor. Go Steelers

That was frustrating as hell. Cable has been in Seattle for 5 years and he still hasn't been able to field a competent offensive line.
Marshawn Lynch needs to be cut and Kam Chancellor needs to be cut. "Me first" players who don't deserve half of what they're making. Lynch didn't have a single positive play all game. Missed a couple blitz assignments, missed his hot routes causing that first Wilson INT, just a frustrating player who has been overrated by everyone for a while. Way too slow to the hole to be a good back at this point. The cover 3 with Chancellor doesn't work if he can't cover the underneath routes, which he obviously didn't do today. I don't know how many times he would leave players open in the flat.
I'm not surprised by this. Four roads games in a four weeks against a team with two weeks to prepare. Seahawks have had four 10AM road starts under Carroll, and have a total of 0 points in the first half in all those games.
20 fumble recoveries on the season, 8 recovered, for a 40% recovery rate when NFL average is 60%+. Another three forced fumbles today with no recoveries, which is the way it goes for Seattle apparently.

Not sure where you got the 10am road game stat but I know they scored against Cincinnati Baltimore and Minnesota on the road this year in the first half, im assuming those were 10am games but who knows. One thing I do know is im not going to be selfish, the seahawks have accomplished a lot in the past handful of years, they came out like crap and got in a huge hole, glad they made the playoffs and frankly they were lucky to even be playing in this game, they will have another chance next year. Im rooting for the Cardinals now, keep the Nfc team in the super bowl coming out of the nfc west for 4 years in a row. Rooting for the Steelers right now for Bman and Sierra

That should be four 10 AM road playoff starts, not regular season.
Atlanta, Washington, Minnesota and now Carolina.

It's not the only reason, but Seattle always gets dicked on these starts. Led the NFL in 10AM starts for West Coast teams the last three seasons, and any playoff game they have on the road is always at 10AM.
The field sucked balls too. Thomas slipped hard on that first Stewart run and the WR's were slipping hard out of breaks all day. The NFL needs to standardize the field conditions.
The Seahawks had the odds stacked against them and still did alright. They dug themselves into a stupid hole. They deserved to lose, but there's a reason every single advanced metric had them as the best team on an equal playing field, they've been the number one ranked weighted DVOA team for four years running. You don't do that by being a shitty team.

if the minnesota vs seahawks would have been after green bay vs washington, both teams would have alot of players with frostbite or worse. Besides it was a noon start
