Post your maxes for the big 3 (SQUAT, DEADLIFT, BENCH PRESS), and any other exercises that you want.

I don't know my maxes yet, but I'll post how much I've lifted for reps (all weight in pounds)

Squat:      255x2 (after a few sets before)
Deadlift:   245x8 (after a few sets)
Bench:     140x5 (after 5 sets) ---- this was with dumbbells, so 70lbs each hand

I'm weak as a mofo, but I know my max deadlift should be somewhere in the mid 300s or so. Felt really easy deadlifting this past Wednesday.

Last time I lifted like that was 1 1/2 years ago.

And my maxes were

Squat: 245
Bench: 175
Deadlift: 335

I weighed and still weigh around 150.

I'd like to think I'm stronger now....

During football last year, I was doing bench reps at 345. The last time I maxed out the bench was in high school at 295 but it's obviously increased since then. I didn't work out much after quiting football and am back to doing reps at 295, which is fine for keeping definition.

I wasn't big into dead lifting and rarely did it, but I could get over 400 doing it.

Yeah, so, when are you going to post a pic because I pictured you kind of like Mark Zuckerberg but now it seems like you're like Dwayne Johnson.

I didn't plan on posting a picture, and I definitely will not on the open board, but remind me in a week or just send me a message within the next few days and I'll throw one up after I get back from Tomorrowland.

That being said, I'm not close to the Rock, but I'm not close to Mark either.

I've seen a pic of D3 and he looked like nobody that could have lifted that much...although the pic was a few years ago and may have already been an older pic. Tongue

A kid who was on my college's track team (he was a Senior, now graduated) benched around 450lbs, and could hang clean over 400lbs. A **** monster. He was a weight thrower/shot putter.

Ummm... It's a start.

My max of 275 was when I weighed 145. But, I was a big time athlete and worked out for many years when I lifted that.

It's better than the average person but not great from an athletic standpoint.

Basically it means you're in good shape.
