TIL: jd isn't the scrawny weakling I pictured in my head.  Wink

LOL!  Oh hell no. I haven't been scrawny since 9th grade.  I'm about 225 now, since I've been off of creatine for about a month and a half.  That crap makes me gain a TON of water weight.

i took creatine for like 2 months and it made me look bloated lol it does work though in terms of strength

Oh yeah, it works well, but I cycle off for summer when I want to cut up.

put up 205 twice today on bench goal is 225 then 250 might start taking creatine again. bench is something you have to do all the time it seems you stop doing it acouple weeks you lose it

My routine move logs, fix/ assemble tractor/attachments. I may only weigh 160 lbs but im stronger than I look. (exept for now until I get my knee fixed)

This might not be totally related but what do you guys think about these guys like Christian Bale and Sylvester Stallone that lose tons of weight and then gain tons of muscle.

Chris Bale dropped down to like 130 for a movie and then shot back up to over 200 lbs for the first Batman and then back down to like 190 because he was too heavy.

How do you do that? I read that STallone took amino acids and I wouldn't be surprised if Bale took a little something. Maybe steroids based on how pissed off he always was.

that is total dedication bale is a beast. gaining muscle is so hard and time consuming its 10x harder then losing weight thats for sure being able to do what he did is pretty remarkable. As for Stallone he does steroids lol whats funny is remember on rocky 4 when he was all training natural and **** and the German guy was shooting up the whole time, and stallone over comes the odds and ends up beating him? Stallone was on roids irl during that movie. As for amino acids that is natural i use to take them basic/branched chain amino acids you can get by eating foods and so forth
the theory is that they can help prevent the breakdown of muscle tissue during intense exercise there for you can do more reps and then eventually add more weight again its a slow process to build muscle and they help aid it.

between the 3 of them or how ever many where there one of them could of got the gun and pointed it at him and told him to gtfo. Its that simple he would of left no one raped murdered lives saved so on and so forth daugher be eating her captain crunch the next morning
