Seems like common sense i guess but im stubborn lol. **** i was runing without shirt figured i get a tan while i get my 30 min of cardio in. about the mile mark i threw up some pasta salad and kept going went about a block and everything went white kinda like when you shut your eyes and everything is black the same thing but white my whole body started tingling i got light headed and my head was just spinning. I sat down and just waited like 2minutes untill i started to see again then the dizziness went away got up and finished the other mile. That **** was crazy though i was about to pass out or something never doing that **** again when its that **** hot.

I tried running at 12pm (I reckon it was way over 95 degrees) once and I got exhausted a lot faster than if I were working out late at night. When I got home I had to lay on the floor for about 30 minutes to get back to normal.
