Here's the whole Direct. About 20 minutes.

If you don't feel like watching through the Wii Fit U stuff to get to the next thing, here's the video for the Wii Sports Club info.

Details from the Direct if you don't want to watch it.

- Introduction to the Direct is done by the Wii Fit trainer.
- 19 new training activities and the ones from the previous Wii Fit games are included. Makes it 77 now.
- ''We hope that you like the new look of the Wii Fit U trainer, inspires you to perform better.''
- With the Fit Meter, you can now have a better look at the calories you burn.
- It is not a Pedometer, but an Activity meter as it uses a 3-axis accelerometer.
- Pressure sensor can measure changes in altitude. This can make certain that the calories you burn are accurate.
- Fit meter must be attached to the hip, because this lowers measurement error.
- Meter displays calories burned, steps, target calories, elevation difference from home, time, temperature, METs Graph, elevation graph and a graph of calories burned. Data can be transferred through IR port of the GamePad.
- Graphs in the Wii Fit U software will go in accurate detail of your progress now, which is a nice touch.
- After a discussion of graphs, Iwata moves on. If you fail your goal by walking, the game can recommend activities for you.
- There is also a seperate mode called Fit Meter challenge, which uses your steps or altitude for special challenges.
- The Fit meter will be released in Europe and North America on November 1st.
- Iwata wants people to make use of the game's online stuff. Like announced before, you can make a gym community on Miiverse.
- You make sure that you have similar goals. Will see the progress of others and can compare stats.
- One month free trial of Wii Fit U, if you have bought the previous entries. The downloading begins on November 1st in EU and NA. Japan will get to start a day ealier though as they can download on October 31.
- Can use it for month though, as after that it's useless. If you purchase a Fit Meter, you will be able to continue to play. Fit meter is $19.99
- Iwata is aware of the issue with storage and the basic pack. ''Consider getting an external drive!''
- The regular DL version will be released on... February 1st worldwide. Packaged version with Meter (and Balance Board if you need it). December 6 in Europe and December 13 in North America. The packaged version in Japan in delayed until February 1st.
- You can now use the balance board in Wii Street U and it is available right now.
- Iwata reminds us that Wii Street U is available for free until October 31, 2013.

- Finally, Wii Sports is becoming a download software title on Wii U. This title of the software is called Wii Sports Club.
- All the sports have been upgraded to work just with Wii Remote Plus tech.
- There is now also online multiplayer, which was a request from the fans apparently.
- You are playing as a registered member of a club. This can be state or regional.
- There will be communication by special made Miiverse functions. Face off friendly with club members or defeat other clubs.
- The software serves as a hub, from which you can select the sports. You have to purchase all the sports seperately though.
- Available for download on November 7, 2013 in Europe and NA. October 30 in Japan. Tennis and Bowling will be available from the software's launch.
- Single sports pass (Club Pass in NA) will set you back €9.99/£8.99/$9.99/1000 Yen. This allows you to purchase a sport at your own leisure.
- There is also a day pass, which sets you back €1.99/£1.79/$1.99/200 Yen. This gives you unlimited access to the sports for 24 hours.
- Wii Sports Club is available to play for free in the first 24 hours. That was the presentation!

Info all from GoNintendo.

Tomorrow there will be a Nintendo Direct focusing on Wii U and 3DS games set for later this year (the next few months). It'll be at 7am PST/10am EST as usual. 8am Mountain and 9am Central.

If interested you can see it at the link below:
http://www.nintendo.com/nintendo-direct/

If not then I'll just post the info gathered from GoNintendo afterwards.

Here's the whole presentation. It was 30 minutes long.

I'll just post about it here. There is a firmware update that currently went up. It's 648MB. The below is what it apparently includes.

-USB Keyboard
-Wii Off TV Play (still requires Wiimotes)
-Surround Sound support for Wii games (Dolby Pro Logic II)
-Access Friend's List from Wii U menu directly
-Upload screens taken when pausing the game directly to blogs and forums using the browser.
-Option to receive automatically downloaded software from Nintendo.
-Wii U Chat via headset connected to the Game Pad
 -View PDFs on the Browser.

Got that info from NeoGAF.

Kinda missed seeing this news yesterday since I fell asleep after getting home from work.

There will be a Nintendo Direct this morning starting at 9am Eastern / 6am Pacific for about half an hour. Possibly some Smash Bros. news since Sakurai brought it up with his Smash Pic of the day earlier this morning.

For embedded videos, I may have to include the link straight to the video since I'm one of those people that can't view them in a post unless I expand the video.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
This is the full Direct for North America:

Starting off this Direct was this game made in collaboration with Tecmo Koei.
Direct Link: http://youtu.be/ZOq4IiuRMWk/

- Tecmo Koei working with Nintendo on 'Hyrule Warriors', a Wii U title that combines the Warriors series with the world of Zelda. Due out in 2014.
^This isn't the New Zelda they've been talking about. Keep that in mind.

Next is Kirby Triple Deluxe for 3DS:
Direct Link: http://youtu.be/tKbsQElsDhY/
- Kirby Triple Deluxe has a Kirby Fighters mode that lets you pick one of 10 copy abilities to use in a fight against another player's Kirby. This is multiplayer with other real players. Can also be played by itself. Also features Dedede's Drum Dash, which has Dedede as a main character in a rhythm adventure. This mode features several familiar tunes.

Direct Link: http://youtu.be/n0IbL5f6HQs/
- Chibi Robo: Photo Finder coming to 3DS eShop in North America. Due out Jan. 9th. Chibirobo.nintendo.com for more info

Direct Link: http://youtu.be/Jvz2k0dN1Ss/
- Tezuka (the guy who worked on the Original Yoshi's Island) and other Nintendo devs working on Yoshi's New Island. Due out Spring 2014.

Some new Footage of Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze also showing off Cranky Kong as a playable character.
Direct Link: http://youtu.be/g9oJ_b4zB4Q/

Direct Link: http://youtu.be/x1rNbji20D0/

That is currently out now on the Wii U eShop.

Bravely Default

Info from Pokémon Bank and Poke Transporter
Direct Link: http://youtu.be/dgCOcyI6wKw/

Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter: Pokémon Bank is software that lets players store up to 3,000 Pokémon from the Pokémon X and Pokémon Y games. Poké Transporter is an application that lets players take the Pokémon they’ve caught through the years and transferred into Pokémon Black and Pokémon White, as well as Pokémon Black 2 and Pokémon White 2, and transfer them into Pokémon X and Pokémon Y. Pokémon Bank and Poké Transporter launch Dec. 27. Players can download a 30-day free trial version anytime between launch and Jan. 31, 2014. Following the free trial, an annual usage fee will apply for Pokémon Bank. Anyone who accesses a Pokémon Bank box by Sept. 30, 2014, will receive the Pokémon Celebi as a special gift.

Mario Kart 8 Trailer
Direct Link: http://youtu.be/mU7tXqYplA8/

There is no way that I can hide this to make it a surprise unless you go near the end of the full Nintendo Direct video. It threw me off guard. The name of the video spoils the reveal. I'll just post the direct link.

http://youtu.be/-MK9-6hRRjY/

BUT, if you want to be surprised, load the full Nintendo Direct video from the start of this post and start from 27:20 and watch from there.

That should be all.

It started with this:

- Little Mac added to Smash Bros., game reconfirmed for 2014

- Mario Golf: World Tour - Castle Club lets you play as Mii characters. Customize with 8 types of items sold at the shop. This includes clubs, balls and clothing. Your combination changes abilities for your Mii. Winning tournaments lets you enter even more difficulty challenges. Training facility lets you focus on specific areas, like putting or approaches. Due out on May 2nd.

- Yoshi's New Island doesn't feature time limit. Yoshi can transform into a jackhammer to break rocks, as well as a submarine. Both controlled via Gyro controls. When you get a certain type of star, Yoshi can become Super Yoshi which makes him very fast and even fly through blocks and run up walls. Yoshi can also get wings when using the Flapper Wings. Whether this appears in-game or not depends on how many mistakes you make in each level. These wings let you float/fly through the air. Will appear for those that aren't that good at playing. Due out on March 14th.

This Nintendo Direct just focused on pretty lame 3rd party 3ds titles and a couple good WiiU games tbh :/
Excited about Lil' Mac and the confirmation of Waluigi in Mario Kart 8 though.
