The four of you who watched (which was clandestinely linked to in the duckface video) already know what this is about.  But for the rest of you...

Scavenger hunt time!

I've decided to make this holiday season a bit more interesting for you guys, namely by offering prizes of the videogame variety to three people who can solve the scavenger hunt and show me what you're searching for.

So, what are the rules?

- The hunt will not require that you leave Wii Unite.
- You can collaborate with other people by sharing your ideas/what you've learned, but multiple people cannot win the same prize.
- First, second, and third prize will be awarded based on first-come, first-serve.
- To win a prize, you must PM me an answer.  If it's right, I'll let you know and declare in this topic what position you came in.

What are the prizes?

- First prize is a $25 PSN card, or $25 in XBOX Live points, or $25 Wii/WiiU card, or the equivalent in games on Steam if you're a PC gamer (your choice).  Winner: Autumn -- Still available due to Autumn, Ohio, and BMan deferring the prize!
- Second prize is the same as above, but only $10.
- Third prize is the same, but only $5.

Now, what are you looking for?

You're looking for what these four numbers mean:

3823
43168
7
401

Are they related?  Is it some kind of code?  You have to find out!

But since it's a bit obscure, I'll be adding hints every day that at least one prize remains winnable (so if only two people have won, the process will keep going).

The contest will go until the end of the Steam Winter Sale (to benefit those of you who may win and be PC gamers, as the other platforms don't really have sales), which lasts roughly two weeks.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask them here or PM me.  Good luck and have fun!

Second round of hints!

Dammit I suck at scavenger hunts. I think I got one number though. I'm going to step aside and not play for prize money on account of being a mod.

It was designed so that no one will have an advantage, mod or not.

Nice job.   Afro

I've thought of doing a similar type hunt for at least 3 years here but the procrastination bug and lack of the time required to do it hasn't been feasible.   Undecided

Would anyone care to collaborate with me?

Maybe an Easter Egg Hunt?  Just thinking out loud, but it would keep with the seasonal theme.

Also, Autumn has informed me that she doesn't want her prize, so first prize is still available.

Autumn's too smart. I have no clue what this is. I don't even know where to start.
